How long does a yacht birthday celebration last?

Birthday events are planned to last a minimum of 2 hours. During this time, the yacht cruises along the Bosphorus, allowing enough time for celebration and photo shoots. You can also extend the tour to 3 hours or more if you wish.

What is the maximum number of guests I can invite?

In addition to romantic celebrations for 2 people, yacht parties can host up to 20 guests. Based on your group size and expectations, we'll help you choose the most suitable yacht from our fleet.

Is smoking allowed during the birthday celebration?

Smoking is only permitted in the open deck areas of our yachts. All indoor areas are non-smoking zones.

Do you provide services like decoration or violinist?

Yes. We provide optional extra services such as table decoration, balloon setup, rose bouquet, female violinist, and professional photographer. These are available upon request and subject to an additional fee.

Can I bring my own birthday cake?

Of course. You're welcome to bring your own cake. If you prefer, we can also supply one for you. We can even coordinate a surprise cake presentation if you'd like.

Can we play our own music?

All of our yachts are equipped with Bluetooth and USB-compatible sound systems. You can bring your own playlist or ask us for music suggestions.

Can I include a meal with my birthday celebration?

Yes. You can choose from our breakfast or dinner menus. If you prefer not to include a full menu, we offer complimentary non-alcoholic beverages and a premium mixed nut platter.

What happens if it rains?

No worries. Our yachts have indoor seating and heating systems. Celebrations can continue in light rain. In the event of severe weather, your reservation can be postponed or your deposit refunded.

Where does the yacht depart from and return to?

On the European side, Arnavutköy, Kuruçeşme, or Bebek piers are commonly used. On the Asian side, Kandilli or Kuleli are available. The yacht returns to the same location after the tour. No extra charge applies for departures from Kandilli or Kuleli. If you prefer a different departure location, additional fees may apply.

How are the prices calculated?

Birthday prices on a yacht vary depending on the number of guests, tour duration, selected menu, and optional services. Below is an example birthday package:

Number of guests: 10
Tour duration: 2 hours
Yacht rental fee: 10,000 TL
Dinner menu: 1,500 TL x 10 guests = 15,000 TL
Balloon decoration: 5,000 TL
Table decoration: 500 TL
Female violinist: 5,000 TL

When is the latest I can make a reservation?

Since weekends and special dates tend to be busy, we recommend booking at least 1 week in advance.

How do I make a reservation?

Simply contact us to book your tour. A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required. The remaining balance is paid in cash onboard on the day of the event.
