Hatice Sultan Mansion was built by Ali Saib Pasha.

After Ali Saib Pasha passed away, the mansion was purchased by Sultan Abdülhamid II and given as a gift to Hatice Sultan, the married daughter of Murat V.

After the exile of the members of the household abroad in 1924, Hatice Sultan Mansion was first used as an orphanage and then as a primary school. Between 1973 and 2009, it was used as a Swimming Specialization Club.

Hatice Sultan Mansion was put out to tender by the Special Provincial Administration in 2009 and the tender was won by the THY DO&CO partnership. After the mansion was restored with the partnership of THY and DO&CO, it started to be used as a boutique hotel.
