After acquiring the property, the Hattat Family undertook extensive renovation and interior decoration work to adapt the comfort of the mansion to the necessities of modern times. It is known that additional features such as an open and closed swimming pool were also added to the building during that period. Today, Hattat Mansion remains a private property, and while it can be seen from the outside, its interior is not open to visitors.
