It is estimated that the Madam Agavni Mansion, built during the Ottoman period in the 19th century, was constructed in the 1860s. It takes its name from Madam Agavni Muratyan, who owned the mansion for a period, and has been known by this name for many years. Today, the property, which is privately owned, belongs to the famous businessman Ali Kibar and his family. The mansion, which offers a picturesque beauty from the outside, is under protection as per the decision of the Real Estate Antiquities Council and continues to exist as a living witness of historical heritage on this tranquil shore of the Bosphorus.
